Identified - Bonjour,

Des modifications ont été apportées au processus de licence dans le Portail Partenaire suite à la récente fusion de Vade et Hornet en mars. Ces ajustements ont pour but d'optimiser et d'améliorer nos opérations, rendant les choses plus efficaces pour vous.

Voici un aperçu des changements :

• Après votre migration, la page Licences sera remplacée par la page Souscriptions.

• Le (nouveau) processus de commande, accessible sur la page Souscriptions, vous demandera désormais de fournir le domaine
principal de votre client.

• Renouvellements automatiques : Toutes les Souscriptions seront renouvelées automatiquement, sauf si nous recevons des
instructions de votre part indiquant le contraire. Cela signifie moins de travail administratif de votre part, car les renouvellements se
feront sans interruption.


Pour ceux d'entre vous qui utilisent les API, quelques modifications sont à prévoir après votre migration :


• La création des clients /customer/v2/customers sera remplacée par /partner/v3/customers

• Lors de la création d’un Client, il sera nécessaire de fournir son domaine principal.

• La commande de licence : /customer/v2/licenses/{id} sera remplacée par /partner/v3/subscriptions/{id}

Hello,

There have been some changes in the licensing process via the Partner Portal as a result of the recent merge of Vade and Hornet in March. These changes are aimed at streamlining and improving our operations, making things more efficient for you.

Among the changes are:

• Once you are migrated, the Licenses page is replaced by the Subscriptions page.

• The (new) Order process, located on the Subscriptions page, now ask you to provide your customer’s main domain.

• Automatic Renewals: All subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless we receive instructions from you indicating otherwise. This means less administrative work on your end, as renewals will happen seamlessly.


For those of you using the APIs, a few changes are expected once you have been migrated:


• the customer creation: /customer/v2/customers is replaced by /partner/v3/customers

• Customer creation now requires the customer’s main domain.

• the license: /customer/v2/licenses/{id} is replaced by /partner/v3/subscriptions/{id}
